Story

Born and raised in Yeoval NSW, living with anaphalaxis to Dairy, Eggs and Nuts, access to food-based knowledge was limited.
I developed a love for baking and understanding that cooking nutritious foods shouldn't be complicated and is different for everyone.
Studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition Studies), and certified Mat and Reformer Instructor, I understand how crucial movement and nutritious foods are to survive, function at your best and find balance within this complicated life.
Aiming to educate individuals on practical and positive ways to support their movement and nutrition, with longevity and balance at the forefront. Understanding the root cause of a symptom and creating a tool belt to alter through all seasons of life.
Focusing on 3 key Terminologies
1. Nourishment: We require food to survive, nutrient dense foods are critical for further assistance to perform in our daily lives
2. Balance: Everything isnt purfect. Creating balance and positive structure to handle environmental factors is key for a positive lifestyle
3. Presence: Looking inwards to ourselves in the stepping stone into a positive relationship with our body, mind and food.
