CHOCOLATE ANZAC BROOKIE

ANZAC BASE
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup spelt flour
- 1 tbsp oat milk
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray. Combine ingredients and place in sections of the baking tray.

CHOC BASE
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup oat milk
Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil. Stir through coconut sugar and fold through the flour and milk. Pour into areas where there isn’t the anzac base. Bake for 15 minutes!!!
