INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- a dash of bonsoy
- dark choc chips
- crack of salt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray. Melt coconut oil and stir through honey and coconut sugar. Fold through flour and add dash of milk to allow the cookies to combine. Add dark choc chips and roll into large dough balls. Flatten and crack some salt onto each. Bake for 13 minutes.
